Gustavia Office is a high-end office hotel, situated in the prestigious ”Funckska huset” at Kornhamnstorg in the Old town of Stockholm. We provide full service and flexible solutions to your office needs. The building has 6 floors and is served by an elevator. Each room is unique and many have a fantastic view of the water and Stockholm. In total, there are 30 rooms – many with a great view – and you can rent between 10 and 150 sqm. All spaces are beautifully furnished and decorated. The building also has several rooms for meetings and conferences.
The location is central and transports excellent. A taxi stand is just outside the door and the subway station of Old Town and Slussen just a few minutes walk away. The Central Station is only 15 minutes by foot. There are a variety of nice cafés and restaurants just around the corner as well as facilities such as grocery stores, dry cleaners, banks, post offices etc.
Our front desk are staffed during office hours. We help with your deliveries and welcome your visitors.
